A multi-cultural workplace and society has long been common in certain parts of the UK. But now, even previously remote places are experiencing a new wave of immigrants and having to deal with cross-cultural contact. Diversity training is expected in most work places, but dealing with cross-cultural contact in reality is difficult for some.
Our goal is to help you develop your cultural intelligence (CQ). This includes an awareness of the impact of your own culture upon you. This, in turn, enables you to recognise and deal with cross-cultural contact in many different areas of life and business.
